Emma Cass RCST
Registered Cranio-Sacral Therapist

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Originating from the practice of osteopathy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive manual touch therapy that works to release and mobilise restrictions around the cranium and sacrum to affect multiple structural, physiological, mental and emotional systems into attaining greater health and wellbeing.

It allows the body's self-healing mechanisms to assist in relieving disease, symptoms and root causes through utilising the anatomical and physiological connections; approaching the body as a whole rather than a sum of it’s parts.

It is practised by various healthcare professionals such as osteopaths, doctors, chiropractors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, naturopaths, homeopaths and midwives.

Emma trained with the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London and is a registered practitioner and member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) UK and the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

With a passion for Anthroposophic Medicine, Emma utilises both allopathic and holistic healthcare as part of an integrated treatment plan and is a member of the Integrated Medicine Alliance part of the College of Medicine and Integrated Health whose patronage is held by His Majesty King Charles III.

Emma is currently studying Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and is a registered member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
