I have had a lifelong interest in reflexology and other holistic practices, having received many treatments over the years myself. I decided to train professionally as a Reflexologist with iTEC so that I could work as a practitioner and share my passion and knowledge. I have done a further exclusive training with Sally Kay, the pioneer of RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) and I am now an approved practitioner of that method. I also achieved a Certificate in Advanced Ayurvedic Facial from a training with Tri-Dosha enabling me to offer a range of holistic therapies for women's wellness.
My background is in the Arts (theatre, literary and dance) and I continue to work as a Literary Consultant. Other than my work I love to dance, sing, walk in nature, and travel.
I am fully qualified, a member of the Association of Reflexologists, and insured. You can read more about me, full details of the therapies I offer and my social media links via:

SUMMARY OF TREATMENTS
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation, wellbeing and health. The practice dates back to Ancient Egypt, India and China and was introduced to the West in the early 1900s.
Clients remain clothed apart from having bare feet as they enjoy the treatment whilst comfortably reclined. The session includes cleansing the feet with steamed towels, a short foot massage to stimulate the feet and a full reflexology treatment on both feet.
Hand Reflexology - clients can also choose to have hand reflexology instead of, or as well as, foot reflexology. Hand reflexology has exactly the same benefits! The session time for hand reflexology is shorter as the coverage area is less.
Solestry, or foot reading, is not divination but a fascinating and interesting extension of reflexology. Your feet tell a story and by analysing your toes, tops of feet and soles it is possible to reflect back your personality traits and aspects of your emotional life - as unique as you are. This is not included in the standard reflexology session.
Ayurvedic Facial - using natural, cruelty free, vegan friendly Ayurvedic Tri-Dosha products, is known as a natural face lift, and is a wonderful way to relax. It lifts facial muscles, leaving a youthful and vibrant glow, and the massaging of the marma points increases energy flow, stimulating blood flow and collagen, which all helps to make the complexion look smoother and brighter.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) - Reflexology Lymph Drainage, often known in its short form as RLD, is a proven supportive treatment pioneered and taught by Sally Kay. I am honoured to be an approved RLD practitioner and on the official RLD register, offering this treatment in Penzance, Cornwall. In standard Reflexology the practitioner works the whole body map on the feet (or hands, ear, face according to their training and the needs of the client), this includes work on the lymph. In Reflexology Lymph Drainage there is fully focused work on the lymph system which can be even more beneficial for clients with the following conditions: lymphoedema, arthritis, asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, sinus problems, migraines, headaches, muscular tension, aches and pains, premenstrual syndrome - and other auto-immune and inflammation linked conditions. For this treatment I also use an earthing sheet on the couch which further helps reduce the inflammation in the body and provide deep rest.
Earthing & Balancing Treatment - providing a unique ingredient in the use of an organic earthing sheet upon the treatment table; this contact with the earth's grounding energy is said to improve sleep and reduce pain and inflammation, whilst also providing a deep rest to the entire holistic being. The treatment itself combines my professional disciplines of reflexology and Ayurvedic face points with focused work on the endocrine and vagus nerve reflex points on the feet, hands and face, gentle stimulation of the thymus and a head massage. There is also a sound frequency element using a Tibetan bowl and crystals specific to the areas we are balancing. This is a calming treatment for deep rest and focused work to assist in balancing stress response, energy levels, hormones, metabolism, sleep-wake cycle and more
Looking forward to treating you. May we all be Well Beings.

I liked the structure of the sessions and Linda’s attentiveness to my comfort throughout. The consistent, methodical structure of warm towels to cleanse the feet, massage then reflexology enabled me to make the transition quickly from a busy work environment to a calmer, more relaxed way of being.
